Everything Sourdough Crackers
Easy to make crackers that complete any charcuterie board or feed a hungry afternoon crowd. They taste just like your favorite bagel or mix it up with your favorite seed blend.

Ingredients
- 90 g Sourdough starter discard (daughter)
 - 25 g Whole wheat pastry flour
 - 50 g Flaxseed meal
 - 20 ml Olive oil
 - 2 g Celtic Sea salt
 - 11 g Everything bagel seasoning or a mix of seeds
 
Instructions
- 
Preheat the oven to 350º and line a baking sheet with parchment or a silicone baking sheet.
 - 
In a bowl, add sourdough starter discard, flour, flaxseed meal, oil, salt, and seasoning or seeds. Stir together to combine
 - 
Roll dough out with a rolling pin till paper thin and place on prepared baking sheet. Using a pastry cutter or pizza wheel score the dough into your desired shapes. Bake 15-18 minutes until crispy. Let cool on the baking sheet on a cooling rack for 15 minutes. Break apart and store in an air tight container for up to a week.
